Pastor's Corner – April 4th, 2024
Before anything else, let me say that Easter Sunday was amazing!
We had no keyboard music and no string instrument, but we did have a dedicated Praise team with a will to worship and they did that with overwhelming passion.
Thank you for accepting the challenge and surpassing expectations!
And when worship was complete, our children presented the best Easter presentation ever.
The dancers adorned in their flowing orange costumes set the atmosphere for our Easter message and we give thanks to Nee Nee Banks for their flawless presentation. Our children treated us to a thoughtful Easter drama including an excellent teaching story, choreographed songs, and a taste of humor from the Easter Bunny herself.
Thanks Beverly and Colby for your tireless work which made the program a success.
This weekend will be just as exciting! Saturday is the day of our long-anticipated Health Fair! If you have not already signed up as a volunteer, please come as our guest and please bring friends.
Finally, please join me in welcoming our newly appointed Minister of Music and Keyboardist, Fred Obare. We’ll tell you more about Fred Sunday and you’ll amazed at what he has accomplished in his short life.
On Easter Sunday, we taught about the resurrection. This Sunday, we’ll explore Heaven.
God does not intend for us to learn about heaven from people today who claim to have gone. We are supposed to learn about it, as we are all things in the Christian life, from the Word of God.
All that you need is in the Word.
Don’t miss this teaching; it will change the way you manage your bucket list.
